This policy explains what information TYH Solutions ("TYH," "we," "us") collects through our free in-home walkthrough page at offer.tyh-solutions.com and our website tyh-solutions.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. TYH Solutions is a general contractor (Florida license CGC1537094) serving Miami-Dade and Broward counties, Florida.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us in the form
- The work you're interested in (for example roof, kitchen or bathroom)
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number
- The property address
- Your answers to our short planning questions: whether you're the homeowner, about how long you've owned the home, and whether you believe your credit score is over 680 (Yes, No or Not sure)
The credit question is self-reported. We do not run a credit check and we do not ask for your Social Security number, bank details or any credit report.
The form has more than one step. When you tap "Continue" after entering your name, phone and address, that information is sent to us right away, even if you don't finish the last step, so we can call you to schedule your walkthrough.
If you call, text or email us, we also keep what you tell us in those conversations.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser details (such as browser type and device type), the page you visited, the page that sent you to us, and how long you were on the page
- Ad and campaign details in the link you clicked, such as UTM tags and Facebook's click ID (fbclid)
- Cookies and similar technologies, including those set by the Meta Pixel (see section 5)
- Your IP address, which is received by our service providers and ad platforms when your browser connects to them
2. How we use it
- To contact you to schedule your free in-home walkthrough
- To plan the walkthrough and talk with you about your project, estimates and follow-up
- To answer your questions and provide customer service
- To measure and improve our advertising, including telling ad platforms that someone completed our form so they can show our ads to people more likely to be interested
- To keep the form working and to block spam and fraud
- To meet legal obligations
We do not send your form answers (such as homeowner status, years owned or the credit question) to Meta or other ad platforms.
3. Calls and text messages
When you tap "Continue" or "Book my free in-home walkthrough" in our form, you agree that TYH Solutions may call or text you at the number you provided to schedule your walkthrough and about your project, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. We may send one message confirming you've opted out.
- Reply HELP for help, or call us at 754-254-6815 or email info@tyh-solutions.com.
- Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
We will not share or sell your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
The service providers that help us send texts and calls (see section 4) process your number only to deliver our messages.
5. Cookies, Meta Pixel and Google Maps
Meta Pixel
Our page uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It uses cookies and similar technology to tell Meta when someone views the page and moves through or completes the form, along with the type of work selected. Meta may connect this with your Facebook or Instagram account and uses it under its own privacy policy. You can manage the ads you see in your Meta ad preferences.
Google Maps / Places
The property address field uses Google Maps Platform (Places Autocomplete) to suggest addresses as you type. What you type in that field is sent to Google to return suggestions. Google's use of this data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Your cookie choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block cookies, the form will still work.
6. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your information as long as we need it to schedule and complete your project, stay in touch about it, keep business records and meet legal requirements. After that, we delete it or remove details that identify you.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to people and providers who need it. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any text from us.
- Stop calls: tell us on a call, or contact us below, and we'll stop calling you.
- See, correct or delete your information: email info@tyh-solutions.com or call 754-254-6815. We may need to confirm your identity first. We may keep some records if the law requires it.
- Ads: use your browser's cookie settings or your Meta ad preferences.
8. Children
Our page is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Florida residents
We serve homeowners in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. If you live in Florida and have a question or request about your information, contact us using the details below and we will respond.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
